NEET Exam Case Supreme Court Case Update
In response to claims that the paper was leaked, the Supreme Court on Tuesday sent notice to the National Testing Agency and the center over a petition to annul the results of the extremely competitive admission exam for undergraduate medical programs, the NEET-UG 2024.
"It is not that simple... that because you have done it (held the exam) it is sacrosanct," the court stated to the NTA. "Sanctity of (the examination) has been affected... so we need answers."

However, the court stated that admissions counseling will go on. The statements "We are not stopping counselling" came from Justices Vikram Nath and Ahsanuddin Amanullah. The case was then rescheduled for July 8, when Chief Justice DY Chandrachud will hear a plea.
Many pleas are being filed at Supreme Court regarding the matter, different allegations are being made by students about the exam so conducted. Famous Youtuber Teacher Alakh Pandey who helps lakhs of students in cracking exam has also himself filed a petition through renowned Pleader ADV. J. SAI DEEPAK which is signed by thousands of his students who alleged that their answer sheets were found turned and some students who haven't been able to clear their boards have been provided grace marks as much as 80 marks and cleared NEET exam.
