•  Candidates must have passion towards Midwifery, clinical/hands-on experience in conducting deliveries and willingness to continue the clinical practice and conduct deliveries. 
•   Candidates with teaching experience in Obstetrics and gmaecological nursing, Pediatrics nursing and community health. Nursing will be given preference. Research experience is an added advantage
